We are available Tuesday’s, Thursdays, Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Depending on your package and availability, it would usually be mid-late afternoon or evening. But based on the size of your wedding, we can move things around to make it work for you and us!

Our vendors are selected based on availability. Brooke will organise all this with you and liase with the vendors to make sure everyone is the right fit! It’s super important to us that you are comfortable and have the people around you that reflect you, so we have additional hand-picked vendors who we can call upon if needed. Our team are all inclusive, beautiful, warm humans who can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Again, totally based on availability. The only legal requirement is that your celebrant needs to register your intent to marry at least 30 days before you get hitched. So realistically, we can organise a shindig in 6-8 weeks (availability pending).

Astros has two levels, downstairs is the main bar filled with arcade games, and upstairs includes arcade machines and a room specifically for events. If you book the hour package (level 1), we do those 1 hour before the venue opens so you have the whole venue to yourselves. For the larger, longer packages, you have the entire top floor exclusive for your event, and access downstairs as well (though if is after 5pm other patrons will be there too). However, if you wish to have the whole venue to yourselves for a longer period, we can absolutely do that and create a custom package for you!

Absolutely. Our packages are the standard guide, however we have a stack of add ons you can pick and choose from to customise your day. When you enquire, Brooke will ask a bunch of questions to get to know you guys and what you are after, so she can create exactly what you want! Prices vary, so reach out for a customised package and we’d love to create that for you.
